Information we get from your use of the website:

When you visit the Site, we collect various personal information which may include your name, address, contact details, IP address, and information regarding which pages are accessed and when. If you fill in an online enquiry form we collect the data you have provided for the purpose of taking the action required in cognizance of your requests/wishes/enquiries expressed in writing within the enquiry form, and only those expressed in the enquiry form. By contacting SereniteeCare by means of an enquiry form, SereniteeCare Ltd will reply to the enquiry using the contact methods specified by the user who is contacting us.

What type of information is collected from you?

The personal information we collect might include name, address (including postcode), email address, telephone number, IP address, date of birth.

We do not ask for special category data to be provided on this website, i.e. on its enquiry webforms.       Compliance to any request will be dealt with within 30 days.

      Data subjects are entitled to give written notice to the Data Controller – Crystal Carnie by emailing crystal@sereniteecare.co.uk asking us to stop processing personal data on the grounds that processing is likely to cause unwarranted substantial damage or distress.

      The Data Controller must reply within 21 days confirming his intention to comply with the request or alternatively state why the request is unjustified.

      Data subjects can give written notice to the Data Controller to stop processing data for purposes of direct marketing.

      Data subjects can give written notice challenging any decision made about him/her based solely on automated decision making. Automated decision making is defined as a decision-making process by automatic means for example using a CV scanning process or an automatic analysis of the results of psychometric tests.

      The data subject can apply to the Data Commissioner to carry out an assessment to establish whether the processing of personal data is being carried out in compliance with the Data Protection Act.

      All data is stored on password protected servers and our CRM system uses password protection, and encryption during data transport.
